I'd probably go with Marvin Harrison or Torry Holt.

Harrison's an obvious choice, given their recent Super Bowl win and the fact that the Colts get plenty of airtime. Holt, though, is the active receiver with the greatest chance to at least approach the numbers put up by Rice. Nobody has more yards over the past 4 seasons than Holt, who should move into the top 20 of all-time at the age of 31.

Marvin Harrison
#4 in receptions (79 behind #2 Cris Carter)
#6 in yardage (1272 yards behind #2 Tim Brown)
#3 in touchdowns (8 behind #2 Cris Carter)

All three of these will be eclipsed this year.

Only player with a shot at Jerry's carreer numbers, Well, atl least that's what Jerry says!

As far as making an impact on the game, Bullet Bob Hayes. He basically forced teams to come up with the zone defense because he was too difficult to cover. His stats aren't the greatest, but his affect on the game was monumental. If you look statistically, Steve Largent, he was phenomenal for some bad Seattle teams.

I'll take my chances with Don Hudson, who compiled some gaudy statistics in a different era. He was considered the best ever until Rice came along. Football writer Paul Zimmerman once watched film of Hudson in action in the NFL, and came away convinced that he'd be a spectacular player even today.

I'm going with Art Monk. When he retired, he was the all-time receptions leader. This was before the NFL got completely pass-happy.

If you ask Michael Irvin, or T.O. they will give you their own names, and they would be wrong. Marvin Harrison is the only 90's - now guy you can even consider.
