He's saying he's alone in the game, no one can touch him and no one can say anything that will influence him, he's just doin what he wants.

He is saying that he has had made a lot of money and he has a lot of fame, so because of that he cannot be told anything, the millions of dollars has given him the idea that he can do anything he wants

While the lyrics are fresh, the music isn't. Music is from Daft Punk's Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger. Kanye went through some strange events in the last part of 2006; early 2007. Perhaps he is stating that when the money started coming in he changed and it wasn't for the better. Some of his actions were questionable. But he is going to do things his way. Sounds kinda "it's all bout me".
