Honestly, no, I don't like it. This is how it sounds when I say it: Ize-ICK Roder-ICK. The double "ICK" and the rhyming ruins the name for me.
I think you are on the right track with a bigger middle name since you have a 2 syllable first name and a 1 syllable last name.
Other ideas: Isaac Alexander, Isaac Christopher, etc.

Hmm.... I'm not a fan of Roderick. Dunno why. Just doesn't flow. And the initials sound funny.
Isaac is nice. Isaac Troy (what he'll be called all the time) doesn't sound right tho. Not IMO.
Isaiah Troy flows a little better off my tongue and it's close to Isaac.

I love the name Isaac, but the middle name doesn't flow. It doesn't roll off the tounge right. But that's my opinion, go with what you want. It your special little one and that is all that matters.
