i often fatasise over the thought of a girl diaperinng me, feeding me, brestfeedin mea and treating me like a baby,
i cant help it
i i cant get these thoughts out of my head
ive been 2 counselling, i still fantasise
pls help

Why is this a problem for you? I don't really see anything wrong with it - it's just a fantasy. You can choose to act on it or not act on it. At least your fantasy isn't hurting anyone.
If you are going to a counselor for this reason alone, you are wasting money. This is a "regression fantasy" and is fairly common, although not necessarily in this manifestation. Save your $$$ - stop going to counseling and just accept this fantasy. Maybe one day you will have the opportunity to act it out, and as someone else mentioned, you probably will discover that reality is rarely as good as fantasy.

It's often best to keep things like this to yourself.
Either that, or get a really physically demanding job that requires you to work many hours. That way, you will be distracted during work hours, and you'll sleep soundly when you come home and go to bed.

In larger cities you can find women that will cater to this for a fee-It might be worth it for you to see the differences in fantasy and reality.
Looks to me like diapers would get cold and itchy, and breast milk tastes like hell unless you're a real baby.
