All Tarantulas have some amount of venom in them. It all depends on species and temperment. A typical rose hair tarantula you would find in most pet stores are less than a bee sting if they bit you. They are also the most docile of all the tarantulas. It makes the best first time tarantula.

Tarantulas have venom. They seldom bite. Having stated that, you might want to consider how you want to handle the animal. Are you looking for a pet to carry around? Then a tarantula is not a good choice. They can be damaged in handling. But you also want one that is going to be ok with you purring food in the cage. So you might consider asking the pet store about their handling practices with the animal you are looking to purchase.

All tarantulas have some venom- about as much as a wasp or bee. If you are allergic to those, then don't do these for pets.

If you honestly believe places like PetCo can remove the venom from a spider, and keep it from growing back, then I have a bridge to sell you.

All of them have venom, if that's what you're asking.

Obviously you haven't looked much into ownership of a tarantuala, because then you'd know their venom is not fatal to humans (can irritate the skin pretty badly, but nothing too serious)
