And no I do not want breast reduction. I am not overweight, All my weight goes to my breast so I look dispreportionate.(I do not know if I spelled that right^-^). What excersizes could I do that would help? Please help! I do not fit into T-shirts that should be my size, and when I find a shirt that fits my chest the rest of the shirt is like a big tent meant for someone with a big stomache to go with it.

You may not lose in the breast if you work out, it all depends on how much dense breast tissue versus fatty tissue you have.

If its more dense you won't lose no matter how much you work out (this was the case for me and my only option was a reduction, which I had Feb 2006 and was totally worth it and covered by insurance).

If it is more fatty tissue you have a chance of losing in the breast.

However you won't know until you start losing weight.

I'm sorry to say that some of these answers are totally wrong. Take it from someone very knowledgeable in the fitness field, that you CANNOT "target" where you want to lose fat. When you burn fat you have no control over where your body loses it. Exercises can make your pectoral muscles larger, and your breast firmer, but if you don't lose weight in the process your breast will almost certainly appear bigger. Since breast reduction is a very serious surgery with potentially life-long and dangerous side effects. I would first just try to lose a little weight by cardio (i.e. running, swimming,) before you consider the surgery. I'm sorry there isn't more you can do, but it's your genetics that determine where you hold your fat...and on the bright side you could hold it in worse places.

Hi! I have the exact problem as you do. your breast size is actually in your genetic composition. Chances are there are women in your family that do have the same body composition as you. If you are in the heavy side, then you can lose some weight since breasts are mostly made up of fat tissue. If you are not chubby, then what you can do is to do some exercises that will keep your breast tissues firm so they don't sag. There's nothing worse than having a big sagging breasts. Lastly, you might have heard of volume minizing brassieres. Get them!

There isn't anyway to loose size in your breasts naturally. Losing weight can help, but if you aren't over weight, then that isn't for you. Breasts are full of fat, so maybe do some exercises that work that area and turn some of the fat into muscle. That will help, but you have to find what exercises are for that area. Good Luck!

any exercise that works out your pecks while reduce your breast size because some of it will become muscle. don't worry though because even though it is replaced with muscle, you won't look like body builder gross or anything. i can't really explain the exercise to work your pecks but i'm sure if you look it up or go to a local gym they will help you out. other than that there's not much you can do.

try doing simple things like pushup and sit ups. pretty much any excercise will help tone up, focus on upper body though.
