i was driving home and there was alot of traffic on a bridge. the bridge was built on water. so anyway this guy wasn't to happy with his life and jumped. its sad when you see this type of stuff. he had a wife and 3 children. this song is about the horrible things going on.

It is horrible to think that some peoples lives are so bad and their pain is so great that they choose to end it rather than fight through it. I am working toward my degree in Human Development and have always wanted to help people, children especially, who feel alone and who need some guidance. Its crazy people think the world is soooo big, when really its not. There are millions of people in this world and no one should feel so alone. No one should have to suffer and no one should have to fight. If only evil didnt exist, or greed, or hatred, or fear... or pride...
But I have faith that we will be saved <3

I almost did it once. It feels like you are at the bottom of a pit and there is no way out, and no way to fix the emptiness you feel at every waking moment. The depression is just black and crushing and it starts to physically hurt after a while. Then come the feelings of worthlessness - like if you do jump off this bridge it won't matter, because it will all be over, you are no longer a burden on anyone and they won't miss you anyway. You do feel this way - your loved ones no longer matter, because all you feel is just this black anguish and crushing despair. If you haven't been there, it is impossible to imagine.
