I'm looking for a place where they can actually make my hair look cool, not just cut it. I'm willing to pay up to 50-ish dollars for the cut alone.

There is a place called Ming Li's Hair Salon on Bellaire and Corporate. If you do go, ask to set up an appointment with HIM specifically. He is very good at Japanese Style haircuts and the shop even has magazines of current trends that you can choose from. He recently won a hair competition in Las Vegas.

on the corner of richmond and hillcroft theres a Texaco. infront theres like a little sub corner, which has like laundry wash and what not. theres like a big sign for haircuts. just go in there and tell them you want a really cool cut, explain. BE SURE TO GET THE ASIAN GUY!! he works the best and quick. Plus the charge is like $3.99, i know i know its a little cheap but you can tip him w/e you want. I give him around 10 so he can remember me.

Go to Wayside Drive just south of Harrisburg. All Asian stylists. They cut my hair and I look seriously handsome!
