I purchased a Mfgd home & just noticed that two of the blocks (that are used for support) are pushed in. Any suggestions as to how to push them back out? It looks like the mortor has loosened. There is a crawl space but I don't think I know exactly what to do. thanks

you need to rent a couple of house jacks, place them under the frame of the house to either side of the damaged blocks and take the weight off the damaged blocks, then replace em and let the jacks down.

If you are just wanting to fix them for asthethics sake, and not because they are not structurally sound, you could try using a rubber hammer. Do not use a regular hammer, it will damage the blocks.
