Is the law of attraction true? whatever you think about happens?

not true on a scientific level. biggest crock of all time.
however, it may be true on a psychological level. helps self-esteem and outlook on life.

Only some of the time. It's really common sense. Of course our own attitude and outlook has an affect on the choices we make in life, and the kind of people and situations we tend to attract BUT there are still lots of things beyond our control because of other peoples choices, political movements, natural disasters, weather etc.
