HELP WITH STARTING SOMETHING ON COMPUter?

ok so i have a mac and so im trying to run mall tycoon on it so i opened it and there were all these files and i clicked "install x" but then it said :error , movie could not b played. what should i do or how do i start/install it?

read your manual... unix is not like windows for installing software,,, got to the mac support website and join the mac user group. and forums. few people on here will be able to answer your question,
