Won't she feel that she has already reached her goal by becoming the first woman president?
Will she decide to just play it safe, and not make too many waves?

Even she is not dumb enough to believe she could ever be a great leader;--- if anything , she might be a great cross-dresser.
She's got half the population thinking she's a female.

It's almost as if you suspect newly elected Presidents are quietly given chestnuts of good advice to "tow the 'party' line, be a team player.....and don't make waves", citing examples of JFK, RFK.....and LBJ.

You might be correct: new Presidents are shown many things we commoners are never privileged to see, learn.....or know.

However, in this sad war instance.....it's logical to believe profit is the true reason for the Iraq war---a reason well hidden behind carefully constructed ideals. One has to take in account war stocks, pro-war lobbyists and other careful bull market investments.

Bottom line: which way Hillary WILL go if elected President cannot at this time correctly be determined.

I don't think anyone wants to become President of the US and just do a mediocre job. Even the present occupant of this office meant to be a great president.
The Presidency is wanted because the people running for it all feel they have the best ideas for the country, they usually have a strong sense of history and they want to be remembered well.
People who are afraid to make waves or who want to play it safe aren't going to run for the job. It takes a strong ego to stand up there day after day, and take the battering an candidate does, and a president will get.
As the first woman president she knows that she will be judged and measured for all the women who may wish to come after her in history. For that reason she will strive to be a strong role model and a truly great president, at least according to her own ideas.

It's not about being a great President, it's about doing what's right for the nation. How a Chief Executive is judged should be left to history and public opinion.

President is what she wants to be, and if she is elected, we have not seen anything yet. She wants the power to turn us into Europe. She is going to make lot of waves, with her and Bills corrupt friends from the inside and outside of the white house, and it will not be good for America. Her real agenda is for power and to hell with national security and the American people.

Women in general have to put more into a position that is traditionally held by a man. Women need to be sharper, work smarter and more, and be tougher, in order to gain the approval of those who would look down on her. Hillary is no exception to this. She will put her all into it, and still be criticized.

i'm hoping a minimum of one in each and every of those 2 would win! yet, in case your no longer paying close interest Mccain would slide in someplace, I nonetheless see many human beings going for him, and he's for great businesses.

50/50. She may try to maintain her middle of the road stance and try for a second term. If I were to bet though, she is going to go about doing whatever she wants ASAP and not wait for a possible second 4 years

If Hillary becomes the First Women President, she will crack the Whip. She will draw the fine line. She will herd the cattle down the straight and narrow road to green pastures. and the examples of what she can and will do, goes on and on.

Why would she want to get in only to be a horrible president? How is it an accomplishment to be a woman president only to be a crappy one? I think she will have to go over and beyond what a typical president would do to prove herself unfortunatly.
