Since they are just doors that are mostly window area you can hang them like any other doors.

Installing french doors can take any where between two to four hours depending on the weight and the amount of preparation some doors require

Door hanging is not for the inexperienced or handyman type; and french doors are in fact more difficult due to the fact that you have a symmetry issue relating to two doors instead of one. The alignments have to be perfect and if not, when cut down, planned or sanded, the feature looks amateur and like hell.
I strongly suggest you hire somebody if you're not an accomplished carpenter who is experienced in hanging doors.
