Maybe in their eyes they didn't do anything wrong.
I do judge people too, just think this story has attracted a lot of hate.

So let me guess you have no judgement on anyone for anything they have done because you have never been in their shoes right?
That means can't judge Hitler, Pol Pot, drunk drivers who kill, etc etc
When a parents decide to leave kids in a room while they go eat I am really sure they have done something wrong.

I'm sorry, but I cannot feel sorry for people who would leave their children ALONE in a hotel room that was let UNLOCKED. I have never left my son alone like that. Their children are all under the age of 4. That wasn't a "mistake", for in an interview Kate McCann said they had left their children in the room alone several times while on vacation. That's a willful and wanton disregard for their children's safety, which is a FELONY in most states, and should be the same in the UK. I hope they find their little girl, but they shouldn't be aloud to have their children until they can PROVE they are responisible parents.

The parents of Madeline McCann should be in jail. The fact that their not in jail is sad. Don't judge them until you've been in their shoes! What kind of ridiculous statement is that? That's what makes calling the McCann's no good pigs so easy. It would be very hard to find anyone in here who could fit in those sick peoples shoes.

no decent parent would ever be in their shoes, you would have to leave a child in a unlocked unsupervised hotel room for that to happen, i feel awful that this has happened to little Maddy and my heart goes out to her, i hope she is found safe and well, and then handed over to the social services in the hope she will placed with a family that cherish her and protect her in a way her parents were so obviously unable to do.

so you think it's ok to leave 3 young children home alone to go out and party? Even crack heads bring them along when they go to score drugs! Don't be such a naive ignorant soul, they did this and the poor child is the one to suffer.

an exceedingly problematical question to respond to. on the muse that they left their little ones on my own, hazardous then specific they might desire to be punished because it is their fault Madeline became kidnapped yet on the different hand the different 2 little ones have lost their sister and suffered finished interuption to their lives. i think of they might desire to stay with their dad and mom. additionally Gerry and Kate won't in any respect forgive themselves and that they be conscious of what they did became incorrect. i think of it is virtually punishment adequate. as a result i do no longer think of they might desire to flow to reformatory yet I do think of they might desire to be counseled and monitored and so on xxx

Anyone who cares for their children does not leave them alone in order to go dining out. Those children were too young to be left alone.
