Depends on the situation. A good all-purpose one is 'We Built This City' by Jefferson Starship. It doesn't rock, and it's not very cool, but it gets the job done.

This oldie called Congratulations by Sir Cliff Richard. It is hokey and old and just so great and uplifting at the same time. When you see him having so much fun singing it, you have to have fun too.

Well if i'm working out or running I like "I like to move it move it" but if I'm about to go through something hard I like "when you say nothing at all" by ronan Keating but then when your in the mood to dance ANYTHING techno is good:). When your mad or sad then screamo maybe some hardcore rock is good. When your out and about with friends its fun to listen to rap or hiphop so you can dance in the car haha:).
