Lake Champlain, along the NY/VT/Quebec border, supposedly has "Champ," a creature akin to the Loch Ness Monster.

Lake Memphremagog, along the VT/Q border, has a similar legend.

Not really, but there used to be a town under lake Shasta and some of the forms are still there, you can see a little of it on the sides when the lake is low.

we've have been given 2 mythical names in Persian human beings who regarding water,the 1st one is Daeeti ,the ultimate mythical river which undergone the Persian historic worldwide ,the 2nd, Anahita(additionally Nahid) , goddess of water whom were believed that create all springs, lakes ,rivers ,seas and oceans , her mane has been the main popular call for women in Persia until ultimately now. yet there are various different names that don’t have any delighted mythical sours, yet at present regarding water, and that they are used as popular names, comparable as: Jhaleh (ability drop of water on the vegetation), Shabnam (drop of water which seem interior the early morning on the vegetation)and ultimately, Darya this is so known(ability sea).Cheshme (spring) by ability of ways, i'm hoping those names be clever

no... and yes because of it im deeply depressed... but i keep my sprits up because the elementry school across the street from my house is supposley hanted... if thats how u spell it... the stories even made me scared to ise the bathroom! 'cause of the one about the kid being murdered in the bathroom and a bloody knife is hidden behind the mirror and his ghost never left the bathroom. going in that room scared the s*** out of me! good thing i was alredy in the bathroom!
