I think the Cat in the Hat filed theft charges against him for stealing Cat's hat... last I heard, Waldo was living somewhere in South America under an assumed name... Yep... he put on some weight and dyed his hair blond... got color contacts and ditched the glasses... I dunno... maybe try that guy, Dawg, the bounty hunter...
