You Can't Do That On Television ended it's original run in 1990. It was an import show from Canada that aired on Nickelodeon mostly during the 80's.
If someone said "I don't know" they got the green slime. I remember they had a reverse episode once and people got slimed for saying "I know".
This is the show that gave Alanis Morissette her start.

It was called "You Can't Do That on Television" and they got slimed whenever someone said "I don't know." Man, that was classick, Nick sucks so bad now.
