What is causing my dad's computer to not display images clearly. Especially while using the internet. Things like google images and other photo images on the internet. They are displayed as a blur.

Does he have an accelerator for the inter net? or some other program that speed's up download time. If so you have to change the setting's, slow it down. accelerator's don't affect text, but do blur graphic's and pictures.

some where on the monitor either on the front or on the side
there should be a row of buttons one of them should say
auto/select or auto/adjust this sets the screen back to factory
settings.also there is a magnifier built into computers for
people that can't see well,check to see if it's turned on if so
turn it off.hope these answers help.

Just how old is your Dad's computer? What kind of Ram memory is in your Dad's computer? Try re-installing everything back fresh on the Comptuer after You tried
a different and newer screen with your Computer if's a
Desk Top.

Hes got a hidden porn file im sure of it because my dad's computer has the same problem

the monitor is aged, if you test with other monitor, you will see its not the porn stuffs.
