india ink is black its water resistent when dry...should be available in any art supply store. it used to be sold almost everywhere. white drawing ink, find in the same place. if you dont have an art supply store in your area, maybe you can get someone to get it for you.

it's called "india ink" and it is available at any art supply store, i've even purchased it in hobby and craft stores and drug stores in the skool supply section.

mOSTLY YOU CAN GET GOOD QUALITY INDIAN INK FROM TATOO SHOPS... i think they call it Hena...
