Hi, im looking for a CD of nature sounds. However, I want sounds of heavy rain, wind, and thunder storms. Is there a CD dedicated to these sounds, or at least a CD with these sounds on (alongside other sounds).
Names of CDs would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

'Echoes of Nature' is a good one. It's a series, so make sure you find the CD subtitled 'American Wilds.' It has almost 15 minutes of rainstorm recorded on it.

Don't leave it in your car's CD player when you take the car in for repairs, though. The track right after the storm recording is 'Frog Chorus,' and no mechanic wants to listen to that while he's fixing your car.

The British Library has a very large archive of sounds. Start from this page http://cadensa.bl.uk/uhtbin/cgisirsi/Pl5vBEAvyA/276850004/38/0/POWER_SEARCH click on the 'collection' link and select wildlife, this will narrow your search just to natural sounds. Enter the sound in the search box and from the list of results look for the ones that are electronically available, you can play or save these sounds to your computer.
