I think he is playing games, but the question is it for sport or is he just mean? If it is for sport, then you need to confront him head on about it and end the game. If it is to be mean, then you need to break up with him once and for all and move on.

Welp its kinda hard to give you a good thought I cant really understand what you are trying to say... However there is one thing I did get from your delema, You dont think he would ever cheat on you...My dear you need to think long and hard about that statement. Just when you think he wont Belive me he will. There was another thing that I need to clear up with you. One....If he is playing head games with you and thats what it sounds like to me then just leave him go he is not for one second worth your time or effort. Two....Maybe he has some kind of skeleton in his closet he is not telling you about. such as maybe he is really married or maybe he is already in a commited relationship. You have lots of little clues he is leaving you it is time for you to say to this guy ya know what enough is enough im out of here and if you want something to do with me then you know where to find me...The head games are over starting now...good luck to you....

russian says: joke is part of the truth,
so if he says he will cheat on you, then there are a story about it may be it is not completed, but it is on it's way.
so be careful, and you said he is 36 single which makes him live a long life single and used to it.
i think you love him more than he did, he is busy which means that you have to do small things he likes to keep him more interest to see you, know more about you.

Good Luck, and my opinion is to expect the worst, you will never been hurt.

It maybe that he just wants some attention, or it could be that he is trying to determine his worth to you by the level of pain or anger in your reaction.

If the guy is so hard to figure out, then dump him. Who wants to play head games the rest of their lives? You can find someone better who values you.

you don't want a commitment and he does. he's trying to make you jealous so that you'll commit. personally, he sounds like maybe he should be commited.
