Chances are, all of your files.

Generally, system recovery provided by a manufacturor of computers will "reset" the computer to the way it was when you bought it.

This means you don't have any of your music/photos/videos any more, and windows will need to be updated, along with all of your drivers, and you will have to reinstall any games or software you have installed.

And what you get is like the factory preset - all the patches , updates, configuration, software you have installed yourself - these need to be redone. So make sure you save the serial numbers, installation files, etc before you do that.
