Would JB weld hold mast pipe together well enough for a 24 ft vertical fiberglass antenna?

No. You need some sort of coupling to cover both ends of the pieces and extend at least one foot on each side.

i sure don't think so and wouldn't take the chance. Get some connectors and be sure to stake and anchor the antenna.
