i personally think rutgers is a higher quality but it depends on your major, and if u should go to rowan congradulations they are both fine schools i wold definatly apply to both though so that u have something to fall back on have fun hope all your years of hard work have payed off

Rutgers, and because of last year's football accomplishment, the university is better known and is getting more and more recognition and out-of-state applicants. I think it's like #60 on the list of 100 best colleges in the US. Rowan is smaller, has fewer accomplishments, etc...

Rutgers, hands-down. It has a national reputation. I've lived in the mid-Atlantic region and have never heard of Rowan.
