If its more then 3 cents it's to much, im my opinion, but I still would like to know.

Not that I'm aware of. If, however, you find it to be too expensive, consider the costs, financial and social, if we'd never had equal rights, highways, consumer protection, Social Security, every good thing that federal laws have ever done, federal investigations....

Not saying everything they do is great (Congress has also given us many idiotic things, such as Prohibition), or that their budget isn't inflated (it probably is), but saying that Congress is unnecessary is stupid.

The number would be astronomical! I agree with you: these so-called "honorable" people have crawled out from underneath rocks, and don't deserve the pay, perks, and privileges they get!
They're supposed to be 'public servants', yet they live like privileged royalty. It's time to put them on a servants' allowance so that they could see how it feels to work for minimum wage in this country. -RKO- 08/04/07
