i was called to give a bid on pressure washing a building the other day and ran into a problem. i was looking at the trim of the building and it feels like really hard stirofoam and i was wonder how to pressure wash it, and if i could use any type of chemical on it.

cut the pressure way back and throw a declaimer in you bid stating that all the dirt may not come off according to the department of the interior your only supposed to pressure wash a house with old siding at 600 psi hope that helps

i would try and find out what the product is made out of. high pressure or some chemicals may damage it. i haven't a clue where...from someone that builds these type buildings? (kinda sounds like you might be refering to a commercial bldg).or maybe ck w a building supply ctr you may find out what it is . then check w the manufactor on the proper cleaning procedure.
