pre ejaculate contains sperm, so yes you can become pregnant from it.
It is unlikely that you will fall pregnant whilst menstruating because you are no longer ovulating, and the sperm would die well before you next ovulate
as you increase in age over 30, the chances of falling become less and less each year

You could get pregnant from pre-, but less likey while you are on ur menstrual cycle, and being that age, and still on your period means you can still have children. Not the best time though for children, because 35+ gives you a chance to have a child with down syndrome.

Even more likely the older you are if your periods are irregular. On the other hand, at 35 and 40, your eggs are less likely to become fertilized because they are older. It is possible to become pregnant during that time of the month if periods are irregular.

It's never safe to have unprotected sex. You're only thinking about getting pregnant not about the diseases you can get. You can get HIV, crabs, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and many other STI's by having unprotected sex. You can even get some of these infections and not know it. A large population of North America has Chlamydia and they don't know it. And withdrawing, i.e. pulling the penis out before he cums is the least efficient contraception because some of the sperm can still go in and you can still get pregnant.

I'm not sure about the chances of pregnancy during a women's menstrual cycle(I'm sure it's happened, but rare) but to the first part of your question, the answer in definitely yes.

sure anything is possible! I think you would have to be really unlucky or fertile but of course it COULD happen. 35-40 you are not as fertile as you were in your 20s but sex is sex and the purpose is baby making at least in your bodies mind.

not very likey.the monthly washes away the egg.then after the monthly the cycle begin again.
