You've been asking questions for the past few days about adding water to your fuel tank, which gas station you should go to, etc. I think you're clueless about this bike. It sounds to me like the engine is seized - locked up solid due to lack of oil. Find someone who actually knows something about bikes and have them look it over.

1 You cannot bump start auto clutch engines. 2.Starting the engine with an electric drill is a very big NO NO as it could break your body parts when the engine fires.(ie. wrists!) 3 Yes you can fit electric start but you will need a lot more knowledge than now and it will take some time to do. I suggest you try to get a pull start mechanism from a mini-moto motor cycle as they are somewhat stronger.

Well, hopefully the engine is not seized. This would be a result of lack of lubrication. With it in gear can you push it and turn the motor over? This is assuming it has a transmission and clutch and not a centrifugal clutch.

the pull start is not working ? your question makes no sense , try changing the plug , fuel filter , check your plug for spark take it out and pull it with the plug next to some metal with it plugged in of course ... good luck
