I don't think they did. At least not while the cameras were rolling. The only diva Cena has kissed that we have proof of is Maria (last year in February). Oh, and he also kissed Kenzo Suzuki's geisha valet Hiroko back in 2004 when she tried to help Kenzo win during his match and Cena caught her in the act.
