My dad is english so does this allow me to have an english passport and travel to european countries without a visa? Which countries in Europe does it not include? Can I work in these countries?

You will need to apply for a passport first, and with the laws changing often and different for each country in Europe I do not know if you are entitled for one.
Once you have an UK passport you can work in all European countries, and I think that with the current laws you do not need a work permit.

But they are working on an European work permit for people from outside the EU, like the American Green card, (called Blue card,) and that might be working before you have your UK passport sorted.

The country that is not included in the EU is Switzerland.
I am not sure about which country in Eastern Europe is included, but there are more and more who become part of the EU.

You do not say which passport you have yourself, so maybe you do not yet need visa for most European countries, or maybe you do.

I believe you can travel to all countries in the E.U. but to work, you will probably have to get a work permit.
