It depends upon on how the deed is written. The people in West Virginia found out that they did not have mineral rights and the coal companies dug up the coal and did not restore it. Better to have a GOOD lawyer so these questions can be answered. Where I live, there are a few oil wells and if someone owns the mineral rights, they have the right to put an oil well in your front yard and there is nothing you can do about it.

Yes you own all the way to the center of the Earth. You also own the air above all the way to infinity. Although the government and commercial airliners do have the right to pass through your property (airspace).

Yes, in the sense that if oil, minerals, fossils or other items found "under" your private property is yours. Of course there are complex cases where this may be challenged, but keeping it simple means ownership.
