Sweet Pea no you are not over reacting. I think you and the hubbie need to set some boundaries and he need to help with the kids. They are to old to be bathing with each other and you have to monitor kids because they are curious little ones and anything can happen. I would talk with e hubbie asap on this matter and let him know how you feel.

Well they are close in age, so that is a little awkward. And i dont understand how this girl is nasty? But from what im hearing you have nothing to worry about. Because of the fact that you were abused as a child has had an impact on you. You are more paranoid than usual. Thats okay, but i think in this case, your safe, and have nothing to worry about. Just tell your husband not to do it again

An 8 year old can bathe themselves. Neither babysitter nor parent needs to be in the room. Just be able to hear if the child hollars for you. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry. Well, it bothers me that their father seems to not have wanted to be bothered, and that is just being lazy. They are his kids and he should not be asking anyone else to take care of them when he is home. But I seriously doubt the girl was hurting them in any way.

No, and you should tell him how pissed off you are. If he can't take care of the kids right, then tell him you will quit your job and come home and do the job you are supposed to be doing anyway, which is being a full time mom. Who is better fit to do the job anyway, but yourself?

No, the kids are his responsibility when you are not there, not anyone else's. He more or less was saying that television was more important than taking care of his own children.

Your story might be a bit more beleivable IF you spelled like an adult rather than a kid.

No. He should have turned off the tube and supervised. Tell him how you feel and why.
