It looks like it is plumeria, found in the Hawaiian Islands.

It looks kind of like an orchid. You can buy all sorts of orchids in most plant stores (i've even seen them in places like home depot). Yes they are truly beautiful but you can usually only buy them growing, not cut. And they take A LOT of work to keep alive. ex~special lighting, certain humidity, times to water, temperature of water, etc.
