I believe so, since he first appeared in the Rush Hour he began creating a saga of laughs, entertainment and martial arts action. He been a actor for a long time, but Rush Hour is his best yet. Rush Hour in my opinion is funnier than part 2, but anyways Rush Hour 3 will hit the box market and he is the funniest actor so far.
-My favorite part of the Rush Hour Saga is in part 1 when he entered the bar with Lee, and made fun of the guy with the tiny cigarette, calling it ciga weed

It's just you, there are lots of comedians WAY funnier than Chris Tucker; although he was awesome in the first "Friday" movie, that's about it.
Cheers!
