Buy a new makeup bottle. It probably going to be a problem. I would plunge the toilet and see if it comes back in the bowl grab it with your hand in a bag then cover it with the bag and toss it.

It should navigate the plumbing; if it got past the trap.
All sorts of things get flushed, without too much trouble.
If it continues to flush slowly, it's probably in the trap.
You could stick a length of hose down to test if it's clear.
You may have to remove the tank & bowl to get it out.

This happened to me once my little boy threw one of his toys into the bowl toilet kept overflowing. The bottle is probably stuck in the curved pipe that evacuates the bowl. the simple solution is a plumbers snake. The snake will push anything through that is blocking the flow of water.

Whether you want the makeup remover or not, I suggest you put on some gloves and try to get it out. You could also use a plunger and try to pump it through, but it could get stuck further down in the pipes.

You need to find a way to fish it back out of there.

Check with your local hardware store or call around to a few plumbers for suggestions.

You may need a professional to fish it out of there, depending on your toilet, house, and where it got stuck.
