In Ireland, you go to the probate office. You can view it free, but if you want a copy you pay and they mail it out to you. You need full particulars - full name of the deceased and date of death.

Irish law is based on UK law, so it is probably the same where you are. Check where your probate office is online or in the phone book. Mine is attached to the local courthouse.

I'm in the States, but some things are just so common between our nations that I would suggest that this will be as well.

Once a will has been probated, it should become part of the public record and should be viewable at the office of the county clerk (or your equivalent).
