It depends. The jerk session could be a great one if you've got the right fantasy going on. On the other hand a great dream will lead to a strong healthy orgasm with no physical effort. All the effort comes from your brain.

Masturbation is much better. In a wet dream you are asleep through most of it. You miss the buildup. Masturbation is the best, even when compared to sex with a partner.

welll i would think that masturbation is better..im saying that when you have a wet dream. I dont really remember if i ve had one..which is my point. when you masterbate you usally remember and feel it..a wet dream you dont...unless its really intense but i would have to say masturbation .......lmao
