does anyone know how long or hard it is to install sway bars on a silverado ss, 2003, i bought these sways almost a year ago and havent had the time to put them on but now im ready , is it easy or should i get somone to do it

Not a big deal for a chevy line tech.Should be done for about one flat rate hour.The bar is not bad but the sway bar links need to be adjusted to specs to make it handle better and help control the body tilt on turns.Hope this helps.

on the old scale of 1 -10 I rate them a 2 1/2. just be sure to use polyurethane bushings they last longer and support a smoother ride

If the instructions they came with are not very clear and you have not had much experience on do this, you would be better to take it in and have done.

If you do it yourself (again - depends on your skill and experience level, I would expect you could burn a full day on this kind of a job.

No big deal. Follow the instructions and if still in doubt, have a similar truck close by so that you can see how they are mounted on that model.
