Since he had it about a year ago I'm sure they caught this on one of his follow up appointments. (I'm guessing at that time he had them every 6 months) Don't worry, the cancer is back but they caught it way early, probably earlier compared to when he first got it. They will do some more chemo or radiation and everything willl be fine. When people die from testicular cancer they usually die from it because they were afraid to say anything and it spread and grew, but your friend is watched by doctors so everything is going to be fine. The other testicle might have to be removed though and that sucks more than you know.

As I understand it, if it is caught early enough (before it has chance to grow too large) then there is a reasonable chance of treatment.

There is a possibility, however, that the testicle may need to be removed (if the doctor feels that there is a chance of it regrowing once more if it is treated and possibly spreading). This sounds frightening but this will not prevent your friend from leading a full life and having children.

Depending on what stage it's in(1-4). There's always a chance for a cure. Look at Lance Armstrong. Of course with him money was no object so that helped I'm sure. You have to go five years cancer free to be considered cured.

I would say he should ask the doctor if it is an agressive cancer. I know many people with various cancers that come back and leave again, almost like a chronic disease. Good luck to him I hope he is cured!

undecided what you recommend-spraying your penis--are you speaking ejaculating, or putting something on it? besides, masterbation isn't a reason for testicular maximum cancers. Masterbation is the comparable actual act your physique performs once you're having intercourse--substituting the hand for the vagina. so which you in all probability does not ask "intercourse the reason for testicular maximum cancers" could you? Solo intercourse remains intercourse as a techniques simply by fact the human physique is worried, only not as lots exciting.
