I want to just kick him in the balls but Im wondering if hes going to drop or just get mad and come after me. Is there an effective way to make sure that they drop. What do you do?

Just tell him to quit being so obnoxious. Kicking him in the balls is considered illegal. Battery. You have the right to place an effective kick if he touches you inappropriately. If he's always horning off on you, tell him to quit acting like a predator. Some guys just can't stand rejection. AND. have you tried telling this guy off in front of your brother. And when he is in your space, leave. Go away, withdraw your presence.

I don't think that kicking him is the best thing to do you could really hurt him Permanently. Just tell him that you don't want to be bothered by him and he should leave you alone. You never know he may like you and that's why he's doing it. Just don't kick him.

lol your funny i like you, well friend i would say you dont kick him in the balls as this may prevent him from reproducing. Instead I would just punch him in the face if hes really pissing you off.

On the other hand, I couldn't help but laugh some years ago when a friend of mine (who thought it was okay to slap a guy over just about anything), slapped one and was promptly slapped back.

I wouldn't kick him in the balls, you'll get in trouble for that. Just do something more fun like fix them brownies with exlax in them or something creative like that. It's more fun & you wont get in trouble. I'm sure you can think of something!!

And are you sure you don't hate him like "I hate him and I wish he would kiss me already" kinda hate? Seems like it to me.
What you want to do is also assault, and a criminal act.
Try to grow up instead.

the short answer, yes he will drop.
if I punch you in the face hard enough, will you be knocked out? yes, but, before I do that, I would confront you and explain my problem and attempt to work it out without violence. Grow Up!!!
