definatly. if you haven't used them yet, tampons work great for sports and such. maybe try playtex sport. those work pretty good.

The best person to advise you on an exercise program would be your obstetrician. You can safely exercise during pregnancy, and going up and down stairs should not cause any problems at all. I lived in a two story house when I was expecting all my children, so I traveled stairs on a regular basis and all mine were fine. As a rule they say to continue with the exercise you did before becoming pregnant, although not as intensely. Weight gain during pregnancy can be distributed all over the body, and some ladies just tend to expand more than others. However you should not be gaining that much weight- not more than a few pounds each month. If you are gaining more than three or four pounds, then likely you are simply eating too much and not exercising enough- which is what it sounds like you are doing. However this is not time for weight loss either, and don't try to do it. Talk with your doctor about what you can and should be doing. A daily walk is fine, and going upstairs and down is fine. Just take care not to trip and fall- you walk up stairs, not jog up them. And while you discuss the exercise options, you may also want to discuss diet as well. You are not really eating for two, and if you do- you will double your size easily enough. It's nutrition that counts, not amounts. Speak with your doctor, dear. Don't take advise from folks at YA.

yes but there are some positions you should not do while menstruating. Any good yoga site will have that info for you, or ask the instructor.
