Go downtown and see the sites, try a new resteraunt
Or just enjoy a picnic and the weather...I know i'm old for it but I will never stop loving flying kites and feeding ducks.
Look for a pottery studio...its fun and messy
Check out some art
See if there is a local show going on
Visit a farmers market
Skydive if I could

Or, if I wanted to relax, have a bubble bath and sleep

Or if you have the gas money, there is always the fun of hoping in the car and seeing where you end up

Took a day off last summer, kept my son off school, and drove to the Giant's Causeway in Northern Ireland; nearly a 4 hour drive from where I live! We did the cliff walk, after climbing up the cliff;then did a tour of the distillery in nearby Bushmills. Afterwards. we went to a beautiful beach about 10 miles away, and played for ages in the roaring surf. It was magic.

I would either head down to the beach or spend the day up in the mountains. Id probably head up to Forrest Falls here in our local mountains and spend the day up by the waterfall and have a nice lunch. Then stop at the mall on the way home and do some shopping and then have a nice dinner.

If money were no object, I'd get my horse over to Jersey and ride around the countryside and headlands. I'd also spend some time on Plemont beach (as long as the tide was out!)

Wake up slowly...
+-9.00am - Play a 9-hole round of golf
+-12.00 take a gentle drive to the nearest small sea-town, relax on the beach,
About 3.00pm do some dinghy sailing 'til you're ready for tea...
+- 9pm - fall asleep while reading or watching a legendary movie.

Well, I would probably read a good book and sit in the garden if it's sunny, but you want to do something different so why don't you go horse-riding or ice-skating or get on a bus to anywhere and go and explore anywhere............

Relax with my family, watch some tv, play games with my son and ring my parents just to make sure they are ok and sit on the evening with my hubby and massage each others feet.
