Real meaning or just feelings of meaning?
Real meaning comes from living for a real purpose. A real purpose is the reason why you have been put on this earth. Real purpose can only come from your Creator. I think our real purpose starts with seeking our Creator.
If you're only speaking about a feeling, then there are a number of psychological tricks that can help. Feeling come mostly from self esteem so pick some charity to help, e.g. help at a homeless shelter. This will boost your self esteem, make you feel good and soon you might be able to deceive yourself into thinking that helping the homeless is why you were put on earth. Self esteem helps create the illusion of purpose and meaning.
