for more rpm's or would that screw up the way it idols so if i got off for a sec it'd idol wrong and shut off?

Idle screw only affects idle mix...need bigger pipe and main jet to open it up...and performance reed cage...and ignition module...

If I were you, I'd take the idol off the ATV, probably the extra weight is slowing you down.

If you look at your throttle body at full throttle it hits a screw or a piece if metal. That's your "Governor" it stops you from reaching full throttle you can adjust it or simply take it off. but it is there for a reason if you run it past the governor point to much its really hard on the engine.

I just purchased a 110cc 4wheeler for my daughter for xmas and it goes 35mph. When I was a kid I had a 125 and it would go around 32mph. So I would estimate that a 100cc would goright around 30mph, give or take a little. Hope this was helpful.

No, that only affects idle (not idol) speed.
