Probably not much, other than people will be healtier because they will have access to medical care. And we won't be continuing contrived wars. Oh, and we won't have a governement that uses fear to promote it's incompetant agenda.

She'll have to get her radical agenda through Congress, and Pelosi doesn't seem to be having any luck. So much for the myth that women will end wars!

*Expanding welfare handout programs, along with divisive class-warfare rhetoric that will continue to rift America.

*Nationalized (i.e., rationed) healthcare, inefficiently driving up costs vastly, as it has with such programs in Europe and Canada.

*Retreat from Iraq, that will encourage attacks on the U.S., and on its citizens abroad.

*Advancing liberal indoctrination in our schools. (i.e., political correctness: "American high school graduates are the most sensitive illiterates in the world." Allen Bloom, CLOSING OF THE AMERICAN MIND, commenting on the priority of political correctness over actual education in our schools). Thus further undermining our nation's unity and belief in our nation's principles and historic heroes, and undermining the conviction of our next generation to defend it.

*Handing out billions to other nations to buy their friendship (who will take our billions and continue to hate us, and obstruct us, anyway.)

*Advancing gay rights, continuing to allow massive illegal immigration (because they overwhelmingly register democrat) and otherwise socially weakening/destroying our nation.

Schools would be the leading thing in society
The money market would crumble.
The unemployment rate would actually be different than it is today.
