It could happen within a week, though unlikely. Sometimes implantation does happen as early as day 6 so that might explain it why a woman could feel symptoms that early.

Yes, Absolutely! With my first pregnancy I knew I was pregnant 2 days after intercourse because by breasts hurt and didn't feel right. However with my 2nd and 3rd pregnancy I didn't have symptoms until around my missed period. It's your body and your likely to notice when something feels different.

For me the only sign I had within a week was being extremly tired all day long no matter what. It took a few weeks before I had any other signs. But if your feeling tired all of a sudden then thats one of the biggest signs.

I had symptoms at 7dpo with my daughter, I was having cravings and peeing all day. Its rare to have them that early, the norm is around 9dpo.
