All I know about jumping animals is that the elephant is the only animal that can't jump.

Its the puma (a.k.a. mt. lion).

They've jumped up to 15ft. & dropped to the ground as high as 60ft.

If the quesion was stated as:

The highest jumping creature "relative to body size" then the mighty FLEA would be king.
