I base our government by how much Liberty we have. So I would say that it is one of the worst times to live in America. There is more fear and paranoia in this nation than ever, and both fear and paranoia are the parents of tyranny. I wouldn't say it's the worst, but it's certainly not good right now. What is bad about this is that the terrorists are stilling running around and yet we have far less freedom than we did pre-9/11. Isn't this what they wanted, or is this also what the government wanted too? I am sick of the carte blanch, vague, and indefinite limitations of our abilities to speak, travel, and choose in this nation right now! If I don't see some real change after the '08 primaries then...well...as a famous man once said, "Revolution is good from time to time!"

Not by a long shot, One need only go back a scant 30 years to the bad old Jimmy Carter days to find a worse government than we have today.

Such a TIRING question. And I will say it again. No President has ever had to deal with what Bush has. No one has had to deal with being President while Islamic terrorists succeeded in a massive terrorist attack killing 3,000+ Americans on our own soil. Who's to say all the other presidents in history would've handled it better????

It's like a bad movie, the plots not believable. If I didn't see it, I wouldn't believe it. And the neanderthal actors are living in muli-million dollar caves they conned us out of. We've got to put a stop to this, folks. We need a citizens union.
