The Internet is Global. If you can get an ISP in Iceland, you have Internet.

Iceland is very technologically advanced. Almost the entire city of Reykjavik has wireless internet available. Even the budget hostels we stayed at had wireless internet. If you don't carry a laptop, there are many, many internet cafes available.
